everyone has an alter ego

along with my strong opinion on hypocrisy that has been extremely evident in today's world, i would like to add a small issue that bothers me so much. you all have online friends right? a handful might have friendster, multiply, myspace, blogspot even. right. try skimming through their profiles and blogs. they're all so dark, suicidal, and cool. now i address this question to you. when you see your friend walking down the street or bumping into him in between classes, what's he like? i can bet a month's worth of allowance he's not what he claims to be. yes. HE'S A POSER. check his blog. you would see different statements, phrases, or whatever such as... "this trigger i shall pull, blowing your mind to pieces";"in your sleep, i will kill you"; "fear me, for i will seek my revenge".. sorry. i can't stand to type more wannabe lines.. who are you kidding, man? why are you trying to be so dark and mysterious? what? you've had problems with your mommy and daddy? you want to tell the whole world about it? the girl of your dreams, you've been stalking can't reciprocate your feelings? Well grow up! these people always tend to exaggerate. for example. a normal non-poser would post: "i felt a little sad this morning when i went to the cake store to buy a blueberry muffin only to find out the last piece was just bought by someone else." the poser that he is, he would probably say.. "the world is against my personal happiness.. as i was in my quest to find something that would bring me momentary joy, it was to my dismay that the tiny ray of hope inside of me was shattered to bits and pieces.. ".. hahaha! i know, right? really annoying.

my message to those who fall under this group of lifeless people: whatever.. go ahead.. try to be someone you're not.. others might be fooled by your "dark and miserable facade".. it's never gonna work with me though.. i can see right through you.. damn posers..
